- Converting your data followed by the opportunity to test that the mapping and business processes are getting the results you are expecting in the new system.
- Testing to allow the project team to test process flows and use case scenarios to ensure the process executes as expected. The project team will receive testing plans from Method Works Consulting and be guided through this phase.
- Implementation
- Set up of the Raiser’s Edge so that you can start to use the system at Go Live with confidence.
